Courtney has a deep love for children and families and considers it a great joy and privilege to teach young hearts the Word of God. With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, she has served as a preschool director since 2004, passionately leading teams to create Christ-centered environments where children can thrive spiritually, emotionally, and academically.

Born and raised in Texas, Courtney met her husband when they were just 12 years old at the YMCA daycare. Together, they have two daughters, Cherish and Liberty, and are proud grandparents to Ellie Grace and Hunter, who bring abundant joy to their lives.

Courtney’s heart for ministry is rooted in her desire to see every child grow in the knowledge of God's love and every family feel supported and encouraged through the preschool experience.
